Nextbase Series 2 Hardwire Kit

If you wish to have your camera installed professionally and hardwired, you would need to purchase this Nextbase Series 2 Hardwire Kit for a small and seamless installation.

This replaces the need for using the cigarette socket and enables the camera to be installed with the wiring out of sight for a more permanent fit.

With the Nextbase Hardwire Kit installed on a switched live supply, the Dash Cam will power on and start recording automatically when the vehicle is opened or starts.

We offer a UK wide Nextbase fitter service so you can have our Nextbase dash camera fitters come to you to safely install the dash camera to a high-quality standard.

Features

Nextbase Series 2 Hardwire Kit

The Nextbase Series 2 Hardwire Kit contains all the components required to easily piggyback on the fuse box of any vehicle. Simply plug the required fuse tap cable into the vehicle’s fuse box to provide the camera with its own power supply. This allows the Dash Cam to be installed in your vehicle without the need to use the 12V outlet (car cigarette socket).

The cable also includes a blue LED indicator to show when there is power available and when a Dash Cam is connected. If fitted to a permanent live supply, the inbuilt minimum voltage limiter will protect the vehicle’s battery from going flat.

Compatible with 12-24V for car or truck installations.

Total cable length is 5m, so the cable can easily be hidden away for a neat installation.

2 Amp ATM fuse (mini)

Ferrite core to remove electrical interference

Delivery and Fitting

DELIVERY

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders – to the United Kingdom only.

When you order online from us, we aim to process all orders within 24 hours Monday – Friday. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery. We will use a tracked delivery service to deliver your product and it may require a signature. Please note some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.

INSTALLATION

If we are coming to install your product for you, it will be delivered to you before your installation date, unless you have purchased van locks, which our fitter will bring with them. Please let us know 48 hours (Monday to Friday 09.00-17.30) prior to your installation if your products have not yet arrived.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item to us, please call us on 01923 200930 for a return authorisation code. The item must be sent within 14 days of receipt to the address below with the return code clearly marked on the package:
