Installation
The professional installation of the Nokia CK-10 Car Kit
is fast and easy due to the compact size of the handsfree
unit and the new installation concept. The unit is installed
behind the mobile phone holder, which saves both time and
space since there is no need to find a separate place for
the unit, and less cable to be laid in the interior of the
vehicle.
Simple to Plug in
The Nokia CK-10 Car Kit is connected through a cable to
the mobile phone. After the installation you can simply
pop your compatible phone into the holder and the handsfree
unit takes over your communications.

handsfree features you need. The external loudspeaker makes

Car Radio Mute
The Nokia CK-10 Hands Free Car Kit has a Car Radio Mute feature
which mutes the car radio during a phone call. It is not a
user-selectable feature, but it is always enabled when Car
Radio Mute is connected. Please note that the Car Radio Mute
option might not interface with certain car stereos due to
differing electronics.
Tele-Mute
To enable your calls to be heard through your car's stereo
speakers, you will need a tele-mute loom to be installed with
your Nokia CK-10 Hands Free Car Kit. This also mutes the car
radio during a phone call. We will advise you which type of
tele-mute you require for your model of car. Please
note that the tele-mute loom may not work with some car satellite
navigation systems.
