I had read the comments on the website before deciding to use AVRmobiles.... and my experience was every bit as good as any of your reviews.

I received excellent and very helpful advice when calling to make the order, which changed my mind to go for the Bury bluetooth kit, and what fantastic kit it is, even understanding my lancastrian english without help. The ability to drive all the menus through only voice command, even switching between my 2 phones without needing to touch them or the screen is brilliant.

The customer service and communication via e-mail was spot on. The equipment arrived quickly as promised, the engineer arrived on time, was enthusiatic, polite, helpful and had the car kit installed quickly and neatly. Already much used in the first few days - I can (and will) recommend AVRmobiles and the Bury CC9060 to friends and colleagues. Thanks again

On Monday the 20th of September, I had a Bury Hands-Free system fitted by your engineer, named Terry, didn't get his surname. The reason for this mail is to let you know what an excellent service Terry gave us, he was very pleasant and did the job in a very professional manner, when he had completed the installation, he connect our mobile phone to the 'Bury' gave us an overview of how to use the system, I was very impressed, 10 out of 10 Terry.

Also I would like to thank Gavin in the office who took my order, and suggested I go for Bury in the first place, I was going to have Parrot, he was right it does seem to be a better system. Thanks to Ashleigh who took my initial call and answered all the questions I asked, and encouraged me to call back.

I am very very pleased with the service I have had from your company and on the 2 occasions I have phoned for advice I have been treated with care and consideration and your staff have been very helpful and very professional in the way they handle the calls. The engineer who installed my Parrot was on time and very polite he called me when he was delayed. Simon the engineer was very passionate about the Parrot and how fantastic it is. After the installation Simon did a complete demonstration of the Parrot kit and all the functions, I must say he was totally professional in his work and took great care on the installation, taking care to use seat covers and clearing up after he had completed the installation.

Simon is a credit to the company and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to do installations on anyone's vehicle. He would not leave until he had shown me all the menu's and the demonstration on the Parrot MKi9200.

I write to thank you for a very efficient, effective service in fitting my Parrot CK3100 to my new Kia Sportage. Having had previous Bluetooth kits fitted by garage mechanics or well know car stores, I can honestly say that I would never use them again! Your service is quicker, tidier, neater and more effective.

I had been told by Halfords that they do not touch Kias as they are too hard to get the radio out. I could not believe how quickly your fitter removed the radio and connected the mute wire. It certainly pays to go to the professionals!

The fitter was polite and personable and readily gave me a lesson in using the equipment, ensuring that both my mobile and my husband’s was paired and the phone books transferred to the Parrott as well as doing a thorough electrical check on the car when he had finished work.

I am delighted with the work and would not hesitate to recommend your company. Again, many thanks.

Hi, I contacted you after hearing about you via a recent BMW publication. I have had fitted a Parrot CK3100 to my BMW M3 and am over the moon with the service, fitting and performance of the kit. From first call through to pricing and fitting, AVR did exactly what they said "on the tin". Thought I'd give you an update for future reference for other customers.... The CK3300 and the M5000 work great together. The phone integration is just as good as it was with the CK3100 and the sat nav works perfectly. The mounting clip and Brodit cradle are also excellent.
